I have been HOOKED on these Paleo Sausage Muffins! I posted a picture on my insta story and I had a ton of you message me about these muffins... so here you go... the EASY recipe!
They are so perfect for on the go! The Wife and I bring them to work every morning!
The total cook time to prep and make is about 30 minutes!
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted ghee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 7 breakfast sausage links
Preheat oven to 350°
Spray your muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray
In a bowl combine almond flour, coconut flour, salt and baking soda. Mix well.
Add the eggs, syrup, ghee, vanilla, and Almond milk. Mix until there are no lumps.
Scoop evenly into the muffin pan and top each one with sausage pieces.
Bake for 25-27 minutes, until the tops are lightly brown.
Add some syrup for extra sweetness! or Enjoy them plain :)
