The Sunshine State is suing the Golden State for allowing illegal immigrants to get driver's and commercial driver's licenses. State Attorney General James Uthmeier tells Sean Hannity California's sanctuary polices are unconstitutional and should be taken off the books. The suit comes after a truck driver with a commercial license from California made an illegal U-turn on the turnpike in St. Lucie County, causing a crash killing three people. The driver, suspected of entering the U.S. illegally through Mexico, can't read street signs or understand English.
