Miley Cyrus' Endless Summer Vacation has come to an end, because she's already working on her next album and opened up about what fans can expect in a new interview with Harper's Bazaar.

The album, Something Beautiful, is a concept album and is inspired by Pink Floyd. She tells Harper's Bazaar, "It was inspired by Pink Floyd's The Wall. Cyrus told the publication that she saw the film as a teenager with her brother and a friend, explaining, "We really leaned in. And so I have this heart-first attachment to it. My idea was making The Wall, but with a better wardrobe and more glamorous and filled with pop culture." She added of the album, "It’s a concept album that’s an attempt to medicate somewhat of a sick culture through music."

Film director and screenwriter, Panos Cosmatos, who is working with Miley on the project, added, "[The album is] more experimental than anything she's ever done, but in a pop way that I love."

Cyrus is also working with Maxx Morando on her new album as well. She told Harper's Bazaar that she's no stranger to working with people she loves. She explained, "I worked with my dad forever. That’s how me and my ex-husband met each other. I've always worked with the people that I love. And Maxx just inspires me so much."

Miley released her last album, Endless Summer Vacation, in March 2023.
