Disney may have had the last laugh in the battle for their Reedy Creek District that Florida's governor tried to dissolve over Disney's opposition to the state's "Don't Say Gay" bill. Shortly before the new governor-appointed board took control, the former Reedy Creek Board signed most of the control over the district to Disney itself, leaving the new board mostly powerless.

A Grand Jury in Manhattan has handed down indictments for several suspects in the killing of two gay men who were drugged and murdered after visiting gay bars in New York City last year. Police reported this was a pattern involving 17 total victims.

In Arizona, a spokesperson for Governor Katie Hobbs has resigned after making a social media post following the tragic school shooting in Nashville that many on the right labeled as promoting violence against people who are transphobic.
